Contracting Framework
All engineering engagements with Aerox Solutions operate under a clear two-tier commercial framework:
- Master Services Agreement (MSA): Establishes global commercial terms, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
- Statement of Work (SOW): Specifies named personnel or team roles, technical architecture, deliverable definitions, milestone schedules, and agreed fees.
We do not begin billable engineering sprints without executed contractual documentation signed by authorized corporate signatories.
Unconditional Intellectual Property Ownership
Our policy on intellectual property is unequivocal: You own your product unconditionally.
Direct Repository Commit: All custom code, database migrations, configuration manifests, and design files are committed directly into your corporate version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) from day one.
Upon invoice settlement for each milestone or monthly billing cycle, all custom copyright, patents, design rights, and trade secrets in the deliverables transfer irrevocably to the client. Aerox Solutions retains no residual ownership or licensing claims over client deliverables.
Engineering Quality & Operational Rituals
We enforce strict architectural hygiene to prevent technical debt:
- Senior-Led Delivery: The architects who scope your platform review every major PR and design system before deployment.
- Automated Quality Gates: Continuous integration pipelines must pass automated unit, integration, and typecheck suites prior to staging merges.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) are scripted using Terraform or Pulumi for total reproducibility.
Timezone SLA & Communications
To ensure seamless collaboration across international boundaries, every account guarantees a minimum four-hour live working overlap with your business day.
Multan sits 5 hours ahead of London (GMT/BST) and 9–10 hours ahead of the US East Coast (EST). In practice, European clients experience a full shared working afternoon, and North American clients benefit from morning handovers with progress completed during your night.
Commercial Terms & Invoicing
We maintain predictable, transparent commercial structures tailored to project type:
- Dedicated Teams: Billed on a transparent monthly retainer per engineer by seniority level (Senior, Lead, Principal). Invoices are issued monthly in advance with Net-15 or Net-30 payment terms.
- Fixed-Scope Engagements: Billed against agreed delivery milestones (e.g. 30% discovery/architecture, 40% functional alpha/beta, 30% production deployment & sign-off).
- Accepted Payment Methods: Wire transfers (SWIFT / IBAN) in USD ($), GBP (£), EUR (€), AED, or SAR, as specified in the SOW.
30-Day Launch Warranty
Fixed-scope deliveries include a standard 30-calendar-day warranty starting upon official production sign-off.
During the warranty window, Aerox Solutions remediates any functional defects or deviations from the agreed written specifications at zero additional billing. Following the warranty window, clients can transition seamlessly into an ongoing maintenance SLA or conclude delivery with full internal handover.
Confidentiality & Non-Solicitation
Both parties agree to treat all business plans, financial data, software architectures, and customer lists disclosed during the partnership as strictly confidential for a minimum period of three (3) years post-termination.
To preserve stability across dedicated teams, standard bilateral non-solicitation provisions apply to assigned engineering personnel during the active engagement and for twelve (12) months following contract completion.
Governing Law & Legal Inquiries
Our standard Master Services Agreement is tailored for international cross-border enforceability, commonly specifying arbitration under internationally recognized chambers (e.g. LCIA, ICC) or local jurisdiction agreed during contract scoping.
